Strongly forbidden: to use any kind of alcoholic drinks and refined (purified) sugar
You need to get ready for the new role as a mother initially to take some actions of proper nutrition procedures. Do not take any drop of alcohol or drugs without consulting the doctor and do not refuse any kind of food in case if you feel vomiting or toxics feeling; this is very common for the first two months of the pregnancy. It is important to eat for the first three months (during the early toxics feeling) the meal should not be too much hot and should be pleasurable. Eat often but gradually, be creative.
• You are addicted to sour and salted food? Great. It’s very necessary for you for the first three months. Pickles, sauerkraut, sour apple, piece of salted fish (red herring) increases your appetite.
• Try more fruits and vegetables but carefully. If the cabbage entices you do not make yourself get if. There is no necessity to take in gallons of carrot juice (vitamin A) which is not good for the baby.
• It is necessary to select the meet and fish; baby needs to get carbohydrates that exists in the animals proteins.
• Do not forget about fermented-milk products, crud and cheese, you and your baby need more calcium. This foodstuff will provide you with appropriate quantity of calcium if you do not tolerate whole milk (full cream milk).
• Do not use any smoked, rousted and preserved food; there are no any benefits.
• Drink fresh juice (better right after squeezing). There is no need to decrease the liquids intakes, use spring water, stewed fruit and fruit drink. Coffee harms the heart of your baby and arouses urination provoking dehydration, so don’t take coffee.
• If you drink enough water and juice you will not have problems with constipation. The foodstuff that very good for digestion system: it is the beet, prunes, a cup of milk before to sleep or a cup of water in the morning.
